I can bake pretty much anything but my specialty is a Dark, Rum, Soaked, Fruit Cake. My cakes are wrapped in cheesecloth and soaked in a dark Caribbean spice rum. This past season I baked 3,000 pound of my delicious cake equaling approximately 5,000 pieces. My cake was featured on a CBC Made In Canada documentary, I sell at Bruno's Fine Foods and Pusateri's in the season. My cake was featured on Torntolife.com and I was a guest at Harry Rosen's this past December sampling my cake to his clientele. I am a vendor each year at the One Of A Kind Christmas Show in Toronto and my clientele just keeps growing. My cake has been taken or shipped to almost everywhere in the world. The secret, 130 years old family recipe, I puree my fruits and my cakes are baked with LOVE, every one of them.
