Food / drinks - not worth the money

Today I called the restaurant to make a reservation for 630 pm. The manager on duty would not take my reservation as it is policy not to make a reservation after 600 pm. Unfortunately my company was coming from out of town and could not make the 600 time. I asked if perhaps an exception could be made in this instance. I was told no and to call back for call ahead servicehowever, this would not guarantee a spot only a waiting list. I have been to Moxie's in other locations and enjoyed it, but it is evident Barrie is not interested in accomodating their perspective clients.

LOVED the food and they have great Caesars to drink. White chocolate brownie by far the best thing ever! Will go back and will recommend..

Very good excellent

I really enjoyed the atmosphere, although the music was a little loud when I went, too, it wasn't hard to hear what my date was saying. The food was great, and the service was very friendly, professional and fast. Additionally, not that it matters, but the washrooms are REALLY interesting. )

Fun Crowd

Music way too loud, food was so-so, definately not worth the cost. Wait time for dinner table waayyyyy to long, overall not very impressed. I'm confused about all these people that comment they have had great experiences, are we talking the same Moxies in Barrie??? You need to get out more and experience real dining.

I have been to Moxies in Barrie at least a dozen times....by far the best Moxie's in Ontario. Excellent service, atmosphere and food !!
I think I have now tried everything on their menu -)

Music was way to loud to carry on a conversation, and the food was just so-so. Better quality at the Moxie's in north york.
Won't be returning unless one someone else's dollar.
Good place to take a date if you don't like the sound of their voice.

Making this place my cheers! Excellent food. We be back over and over.
