Ajisai Japanese Restaurant

I went for lunch with my daughter. The food was very good, service wasn't too bad. You have to be patient and get a server's attention. Expect to take your time there, not go in and out for a fast meal.

The thing with this place is you have to know how to deal with the service. It's always bad. You have to literally go and grab a waitress to order food. If you can deal with that the food is great and a really great price for sushi. 12.99 for lunch on weekdays.

After hearing they have a good menu as far as all you can eat goes I wanted to try. The menu was OK but the service really was awful. Upon entering with my son a girl we could not understand tried to tell us somthing. She did not speak much English. We pointed to a table and she gave us menus. A waitress came by and I tried to tell her we need another minute but she looked displeased and went off. We waited 15 minutes before another waitress came to our table. I enjoyed the salmon sushi and my son the teriyaki steak. They never asked us once if we needed anything or how our meal was. I found it next to impossible to even ask for some water. I paid at the front and said I will not be leaving a tip. (never done before) The firl didn't seem to care and we left.
